We currently offer Australia-wide shipping only.

Standard Australia-wide Shipping

We offer a flat rate Standard Shipping $11.99 Australia-wide  and for Express Shipping flat rate is $18.99 Australia-wide will apply. 

We always aim to keep shipping affordable and cover part of the delivery cost for our customers. 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during promotions or peak periods.

• Express Shipping: If available, delivery details will be displayed at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your delivery with ease.

The Bedding Palace is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to address errors, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.
